三垣星製作有限公司在 2019年5月成立，主要方針是希望能夠以藝術融合商業市場。創辦人在不同媒體機構做過很多不同的崗位，這有利以不同角度為項目帶 來的合切的觀點，也明白市場的多元化及多變。
 
The name comes from <Ursa Minor> the constellation that contains the True North <Polaris>. In hopes that the vision be as true as the guiding star.
